- How do I upload my resume as a graduate hire?
Click on the graduate trainee tab and choose between the Graduate standardization examination (GSE) option or "write the UBA test" option.
- What is GSE??
GSE is an acronym for Graduate standardization examination. It is an online aptitude test for graduates organised by Dragnet Nigeria and recognised by UBA.
- How do I know that I have been short listed??
A mail or text message or e-mail will be sent to you inviting you for a test or interview as the case may be. Please note that graduate hires will be required to write an entry level test while an experienced hire will be called up for interviews.
- Who is eligible to upload their CV’s on the portal?
Everyone who wants to have their CV in our database but does not have a specific job to apply for. Please note that you will need to visit our website on a regular basis to check for suitable jobs.
- Is it possible to update or modify my registration details?
Yes it is. All you need to do is to click on the edit link and input the changes you want.
- Is there a limit to the number of jobs you can apply for??
No, there is no limit to the number of jobs that can be applied for.
- Can I alternatively submit paper CV’s to your office?
No, you can’t, only CV’s sent through the UBA careers website will be recognized.
- How can I learn about job openings?
You can learn about job openings by logging onto the UBA Career site and viewing the available jobs online.
- How do I start the recruitment process?
By filling and submitting an online application and uploading your CV on the career portal.
- I live outside Nigeria and I am interested in working for UBA. How do I contact recruiters from UBA?

- Where will I be interviewed?
Applicants in Nigeria will be interviewed in the various regions/ business areas closest to them while applicants outside Nigeria will have a phone interview amongst other physical interview(s)
