Mr. Victor Osadolor is a seasoned banker and chartered accountant with an accounting degree from the University of Benin, fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and honorary life membership of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
He began his career at Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in the 80s. A multiple award winner, Victor left Coopers in 1991 as Senior Accountant to the banking industry. He joined Standard Trust Bank in 2000 as Divisional Director, Strategy and Support, and was appointed Executive Director in June 2002. An alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Programme, Victor co-chaired the team that managed the STB-UBA integration programme. He serves on the board of directors of ATM Consortium Nigeria Limited as Vice Chairman and is currently the Group Chief Finance Officer in UBA with responsibility for managing systems and processes that will promote efficiency and financial integrity. Prior to this appointment, he was Executive Director in charge of Risk Management and Finance and at one time, the Deputy Managing Director/COO at Continental Trust Bank Limited before its acquisition by UBA.
