  • ENROLMENT PROCESS
    • Completed account opening form
    • Two passport photos of account holder and beneficiary respectively.
    • Birth Certificate/Immunization Card or international passport of the beneficiary.
    • Valid means of identification for parent/guardian i.e. International Passport, Driver’s Licence, Voters Card accompanied with any other ID that captures prospect’s signature or Letter of introduction by a UBA account holder/Employer/Professional that is a member of a recognized body.
    • Copy of Utility bill not exceeding 3 months old.
