How does U-Pay Work?

• The corporate signs unto U-Pay
• The corporate is created on a corporate server that resides in UBA.
• The organization and salary structure of each corporate is configured to hold employee data which will ultimately drive salary processing.
• At the end of the month, the salary computed is sent as a salary instruction from the corporate server to UBA server for payment to the employees.
• U-Pay processor picks up the instruction and effects payments to all the employees via a seamless interface through Finacle to UBA accounts and to non – UBA accounts through NEFT, respectively.
• U-Pay processor picks up the instruction and effects payments to all the statutory bodies NHF, Pensions PAYE etc. i.e.payroll deductions via a seamless interface through Finacle to the accounts of the statutory bodies in UBA and to non – UBA accounts through NEFT, respectively.
