Appointed non-executive director in 2005 and chairman of the board from 1st of January 2011, chief Ogbue is a 1959 graduate of South-West London College of Commerce, London, England.

He has over 4 decades working experience, which saw him serve as the General Manager of National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria (NICON) for seven years. He has served as a Director on many Boards of reputable companies including the NICON NOGA-HILTON Hotel, Abuja and NAL Bank PLC.
