Board Of UBA Approves Audited Half Year Financial Results
The Board of United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc has approved the financial statements for the first half of the year. UBA disclosed this on Friday through a statement released on the website of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). The lender said the board considered and approved the 2020 Audited Half Year Results & Reports and payment of an interim dividend at the meeting held on Thursday, August 13, 2020.
