UBA Benin Records Profitable Results For FY2022
UBA Benin held its Annual General Meeting on April 20, 2023, where the profitable results for the fiscal year 2022 were presented and approved by the shareholders. The meeting was held in a hybrid format, with Mr. Dorothée Gounon, Chairman of the Board of Directors, leading the debates. The bank decided to distribute profit in the form of dividends, marking the third consecutive year that UBA Benin has fulfilled this duty to its shareholders. The shareholders appreciated the staff and General Management and urged the new General Manager, Charles Koné, to improve the quality of service at UBA Benin to make it a systemic bank in the Benin Republic banking industry.
The AGM was a success, and the shareholders encouraged UBA Benin to maintain its positive performance for even greater success in the future.
