Angela Aneke

Ms. Angela Aneke is a seasoned board advisor, banker, and strategic leader with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her expertise spans Financial Control, Corporate and Retail Banking, Transaction Banking, Strategy, and Corporate Governance.

Throughout her distinguished career, Angela has held several executive management and board-level positions across prominent international and regional financial institutions, including Ecobank Transnational Incorporated, Citigroup, and the United Bank for Africa (UBA). In these roles, she has been instrumental in driving strategic transformation, governance excellence, and operational growth within complex banking environments.

Angela earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The American University, Washington D.C., USA, and became an International Associate of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in 1985. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
