Michael Kayembe holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University and brings recognized expertise in strategy, marketing, and business analysis.

With over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, Michael Kayembe has led corporate banking, investment operations, and major financial projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Before joining the UBA Group, he held senior management positions at Rawbank and Citigroup DRC, overseeing multi-site operations and leading significant strategic initiatives.

As the MD of UBA RDC, he is responsible for driving growth strategy, optimizing operational performance, and strengthening institutional partnerships.
