Henrietta Ugboh

Mrs. Henrietta Ugboh is an accomplished board advisor, banker, and leadership mentor with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her professional expertise spans corporate and commercial banking, credit and risk management, private banking, financial literacy, and corporate governance.

Throughout her distinguished career, Henrietta has held several senior management and board-level positions across reputable institutions, including Citibank Nigeria Limited, Investment One Financial Services, the Harvard Business School Association of Nigeria (HBSAN), and Ziphii Technologies. She is widely recognized for her strategic insight, strong leadership, and commitment to developing excellence in financial management and governance.

Henrietta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin, Benin City, and an MBA from the Enugu State University of Technology (ESUT) Business School. She is also an alumna of Harvard Business School, Boston, and has completed numerous executive programs in banking, leadership, and governance, including the Citibank Country Manager’s Forum (New York), Citigroup Risk and Compliance trainings, John Maxwell Leadership Certification Program (Florida), Institute of Directors – Company Direction Course (Lagos), and the African Angel Academy training.

Henrietta is an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), a Member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA).
