UBA Benin Distributes Additional Dividends
On August 18, 2023, UBA Benin held its Annual General Meeting at Cotonou The AGM was presided over by Mr. Dorothée Gounon, the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The main focus of the AGM was the allocation of retained earnings from December 31, 2022. Shareholders and their representatives gathered to discuss and approve the distribution of additional dividends, as proposed by the Board of Directors.
Following a vote conducted according to the required quorum and majority criteria for ordinary general meetings, the attendees approved the distribution of extra dividends on top of those disbursed in April 2023.
