UBA Foundation's Mental Health Art Project
Society has made speaking up about mental health or seeking help, a thing to be ashamed of. The stigmatisation that comes with mental health has made it difficult for people to be open about issues bordering on it. UBA Foundation is happy to be part of global changemakers that always seek to prioritise mental well-being and make stigmatisation a thing of the past.
We believe that utmost attention should be given to our mind just as we give to our body. This is why the UBA foundation has come up with an initiative to raise awareness about mental well-being called Mental Health Art Project. This project aims to use the beauty and calming effect of Art to showcase people with special mental needs and care.
