The UBA Academy campus is physically located at the Group Headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria but with a strong digital footprint across the globe.
Our training facilities are built for blended learning and immersion with smart classrooms, an auditorium, library and technology facilities, lounge and social room, available to both staff and external.

Online and digital learning is also available as it gives people the flexibility to study at a time that suits them. This is important for employees who choose to work remotely.
