1. To receive the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2020,
together with the Reports of the Directors, Auditors, and the Audit Committee thereon.
2. To declare a final dividend.
3. To re-elect the following Directors retiring by rotation:
     3.1. Ms. Angela Aneke
     3.2. Mr. Abdulqadir Bello, FCA
     3.3. Dr. Kayode Fasola
4. To authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors for the 2021 financial year.
5. To disclose the remuneration of managers of the Bank
6. To elect members of the Statutory Audit Committee.
