Steps to Property Ownership

Step one (Find out your capacity limit)

  • How much you can afford to service your mortgage loan will determine how much you can borrow and hence the worth of the property you can acquire. At UBA we will pre-qualify you based on your income and other ascertainable resources and give you an indicative guide of the value of the property you should be prospecting

Step two (Research Property)

  • Armed with your worth and financial support, you could commence the search for your dream home. Your taste, style, location, facilities etc are paramount and you should have your checklist. UBA could assist with introduction to experienced developer, but since you “pay the piper, you dictate the tune”.

Step three (Make a formal offer)

  • Once you are satisfied with what to buy, make a formal request to UBA backed by your own equity contribution. Seek other documentation requirements.
